She has 12-10 kickboxing record, she has 19-23 MMA record. She was a judoka. She has been doing this crazy shit for 20 years. She got in the ring with a woman a foot taller and 100 lbs heavier and 20 years younger and really tried to fight her. She is a legend and a badass.

You are absolutely right. If you look at Megumi Yabushita fights she never cherry picked her opponents and had no problem facing a much larger opponent.
