I have been trying to log onto the chat room and I cannot get in.
Have I been banned or something> If so, what did I do?

I keep getting this message...

It is the spaces in your username. i can change those ot underscores and you will be able to get in

I have some problems of connection lately.... the system says me "Connecting" butit doesn't or it let me to connect but it says me"Users 0" and I see no one...please help me... I have to try many times before be connected...please help me

Someone else said they are having the same problem. I have let the tech know about the issue lastnight.

It is the spaces in your username. i can change those to underscores and you will be able to get in

It is the exact same issue as Donna and hence the exact same answer as indicated above. But I am not just changing someone's profile without a request.

Are you clicking on "I have a password" and putting your password in?
