The Japanese one is an entire DVD of random girls slapping each other.  Basically a porn company went out on the streets and asked girls to slap each other or the female host.  It's about a hour long if I remember correctly but there is a 'highlight' reel at the end showing all the slaps without the filler.

Also, the french film "Croque la Vie" has a wonderful 'friendly' slapping contest that is full of suppressed emotion.  It's a joy to watch.
