From what I can tell (and I could be wrong about this) it seems that producers of real fighting videos (CatzReview, SuiteFights etc) pay an agreed upon salary to their fighters.  If so, would the incentive of more $$$$ for the winner of the fight increase the intensity?

Yes in some cases..... I can think of others were the ladies don't really need an incentive....... they have a natural instinct to try everything to win.

Most I hire have a strong desire to win.  One incentive I use is to let each lady know that if they fight hard they have a good chance of fighting again at ECC.  I do pay well so most wish to return.

In all walks of life you get people motivated by money.

In catfighting it can be the fame, the adrenaline buzz, therapy (letting out your anger and aggression) etc. or a combination of both.

It's not so much the money from sponsorship (although that helps) it's more the fact that you fans are prepared to sponsor the ladies. That very fact spurs the ladies on to fight harder than what they would do normally.
