This evening I purchased the "Jocelyn vs Misty" catfight from Suitefights.
All I can say is WOW. While Steve may have considered the first round disappointing, clearly his standards are much higher than mine. At $20 for a 38 minute clip, this one is a real bargain.
During the interview the new girl, Jocelyn, mentioned this was her first time doing a professional catfight. I expected her to be a bit more hesitant and restrained at the start, but since she has been in a few spontaneous catfights she actually made a very good showing in the first round. I definitely thought the first round had its 'moments' far better than many other complete videos I have seen.
The rounds that followed only got even better.
The video is very much a catfight. Hair is pulled, faces slapped, clothing torn. Some very dirty (but legal under the agreed rules) moves were used and used often and well.
This contest used 'rounds' which I don't recall seeing in previous Suitefight videos. I definitely think it is an improvement as each round starts with more energy as a result of the breaks and there is some incentive for a girl in a difficult situation to try and hold out for the bell making for a more competitive match.
Misty continues to improve. While she would be overmatched against someone with more wrestling background (Kayla, Sarah Brooke), she holds her own very well in a catfight as she demonstrated with Jackie Fay before.
For a first timer, Jocelyn showed remarkable heart and determination.
In truth these two are very well matched. This is not a one-sided contest. In fact they matched so well that a rematch would be welcome, though either of them would be interesting against Leena or Jackie Fay as well.
In summary, not only is this a good clip but definitely one of the better ones offered by Suitefight. I recommend it highly.
