Yvonne Strahovski vs Adrianne Palicki
Yvonne Strahovski vs Adrianne Palicki was a dream match for any area. In a confined space like the interrogation room it had to favour Yvonne especially when Adrianne barely got past Rachel Nichols and had the toughest bracket.
Adrianne was scared during the fight and refused to engage, using her long body to stay away from punches and move out altogether but still at points Yvonne would corner her and beat her up. Lift her up and throw her down
Yvonne had trouble doing true damage though as Adrianne knew how to defend.
Adrianne was beginning to use her jab more along with straight kicks and leg kick to keep Yvonne away but it was clear during the fight her usual power was not present. Rachel Nichols had taken that from her.
All fight it seemed to be a matter of time before Yvonne finished the fight and she was throwing punches to do it but Adrianne got hit and covered up and tried to get away inside this confined space until she was hit with a upper cut
Palicki fell to her ass and Yvonne pounced going for a choke. It started as a Guillotine and Yvonne was putting her pressure on but Adrianne had kept her chin down and pulled a arm down whenever Yvonne got close. Yvonne changed to a Schultz lock
Yvonnes arms pouring on the pressure but Adrianne was not going out.
Yvonne gator rolled and attempted a anaconda choke. Again she applied pressure but Adrianne knew how to defend and after two minute got out. Both women were back on their feet and Yvonne couldn’t raise her arms she used to much energy so Adrianne hit a jumping straight kick to the face knocking her out cold
A defense first fight won it for Adrianne palicki. BJJ training won it, she fought the chokes and it tired Yvonne’s arms. She could have done more but Adrianne was still having that Nichols fight on her mind. One fight left and wondered who offered her the biggest challenge between Serinda Swan and Jaimie Alexander. She smiled ad hoped it would be Jaimie as she actually intrigued by that fight
Serinda Swan vs Jaimie Alexander
Serinda Swan could barely get down to the swimming pool. Never in her life did she think that Katharine McPhee could fight her. They knocked each other out because McPhee could not deal with the fact she was a loser. Now she knew how her friend Jill Wagner felt about Erica Durance and about Kelly Overton. Funny enough Katharine and Kelly were friends and the nemesis of she and Jill.
The four were connected but at the end it was she who stood above all others… Whether McPhee believed it or not she lost the fight. Serinda could feel Katharines hands all over her digging into her skin, making her bleed but she did that to the slut. One moved on and standing in the pool she screamed “I’m HERE AND YOURE NOT KATHARINE”
Jaimie Alexander was looking down she understood more than anyone what Serinda was feeling in the first round she fought a woman who was a mirror. They tore into each other and some say it was luck that she won but she won the god damn fight. She had another tough fight and got a truly lucky win over Missy Perygrym then took Anne Hathaway apart.
“You know most would be like ‘you’re here for us to fight now’ But me, I know …I know.”
“You know what Jaimie that your journey ends here.”
“No that shit got primal with a woman and she’s hard to shake… Olga and me, you and Katharine.”
Serinda stepped back and relaxed “Yes you do and now if I lose to you I can’t blame Katharine, my inferior… I beat her and that means a lot to me considering how hard she came to me.”
“She’ll come again, Olga is already talking about it and from what I hear a lot of people don’t think you won that fight.”
Serinda shook her head “Look whose talking, Olga thinks she won your fight and has more of a case than Katharine has of beating me.”
Jaimie smiled “End of the day part of the fight is your steadiness and she slipped and I choked her unconscious… She lost. You never made McPhee quit, they just stopped the two of you from fighting anymore.”
“I won that fight.”
“You might have won it eventually but the fight wasn’t over when they ended it”
The fighting began but Serinda was barely in shape to fight. She had refused all medical attention after the McPhee fight and was paying for it as Jaimie went inside outside on her all fight
Serinda toughed it out and tried to get away and was taken down grinded but found the will to get back up. Jaimie was not someone to get tired though
Serinda hit a big punch and it rocked Jaimie who covered up and backing up dazed and on wobbly legs. She had been owned for five gruelling minutes but Serinda needed to take this chance and she geared up for another punch when she heard “We aren’t finished, you never beat me you slut.”
Serinda stopped and cowered at the sight of Katharine McPhee trying to get down. She was then hit with a shin to the face knocked out cold and McPhee had broken away. Even Jaimie was scared for Serinda she tried to stand between as they continued to stop Katharine “SLUT I WAS WINNING. LET ME GO AND PROVE I’M BETTER”
The issue between Serinda Swan and Katharine McPhee would need to be solved another day this day was about Jaimie Alexander going to the finals to face Adrianne Palicki. Lady Sif was going to fight Mockingbird, two friends were going to fight and Jaimie was actually happy
