Mystery Wrestler from Best Night Ever movie

Hello!

Not sure this is the right forum for this and, yes, I hear this move is horrible, but I keep thinking I have seen the "champ" jello wrestler before.  Her name is Veronica in the film, and she's just got a bit part, but even so it's odd she's not in the credits.

In any case, take a look at the pic and let me know what you think!  I could SWEAR I have seen her before.
