After a wonderful meeting at Megeve on Thursday : 2nd round matcups - where the big guns fired with Magda made the most impression as she demolished Sandra , Loraine beat easily Mistress Raven , Terri destroyed Suzane and Margo scored a very tough win after a titanic fight against Spanish Carmen - we are back to Megeve for 3rd round this Sunday Feb 04 2018.But as make a
review of the 1st round matchups :
*Donna (58) vs
Dora (62)Two aggressive no-nosense fighters lived up the crowd with vicious hairpulling, face-slapping and body-scratching but even the enthusiastic applause didn't prevent Dora from getting punched straight in the face one time too many. Dora downed the brunette rival and sat on her chest as Donna couldn't find any response and admitted defeat.
Magda (73 vs Sandra (39) :Magda made her intentions of a great run in the whole competition by a brutal trashing of Sandra who hardly got a sniff of action before being knocked out.
Milffight (61 vs Raquel (54): All Raquel's plans went away early on as Milffight decided she's not going to play games and went for a straight-forward slugfest and the Spanish crumbled under Milffight's barrage of punches. Milffight easily knocked down Raquel who submited immediately and admitted defeat.
Linda (63 vs Paula (57) : Paula's fiery approach allowed her to get an early jump on Lnda who was expecting a much easier contest but after seeing a big chunk of hair being ripped off her head, Lnda decided she's not going to give Paula any favours and clawed into her viciously. Paula was soon downed on the ground and slapped around by Linda. She tried some more hairpulling but that only got Linda even more upset and she punched her straight in the face to gain the decisive advantage. Paula was unable to prevent more blows from Linda and yelled submission on the verge of getting knocked out uncounscious.
Cheryl(64) vs Karin(49) : The title holder was not in the mood to let an unexposed fighter steal the headlines and wrapped her arms around Karin's waist trying to crack her ribs for a good measure. Karin withstood the pain and both women finally hit the floor. Cheryl"s speed was always going to provide danger for Karin and after a brief struggle the blonde turned her rival on her stomach and sat on her back. She pulled Karin's hair and started to ride her like a pony,Karin had enough after a couple of strides and cried into submission.Great performance by the champion who returned in the wins after her loss to Margo.
Queen of Wales (64)vs Laura(55) : Quuen's hopes for a quick victory were avanged by Laura but after a lenghty affair Queen managed to headlock her opponent and punch her out.
*Karen (58) vs Rachel(54) : Rachel proved her agressive look can deceive and the former champion got stunned by the aggressive nature of the fellow blonde's catfighting skills. Rachel managed to deliver some blows herself but Karen yanked her on the floor and bodyscissored into a surprise defeat after a lenghty and entertaining struggle.Very good fight !!!
Loraine (67)vs Mistress Raven(53) : More straight-forward action in this one as Loraine lived to the expectations and punched Sandras guts out in a brutal one-sided beatdown.

Manela(78) vs Dawne(65) : The opening fight proved to be very close with Dawne barely muscling a win over Manelal. Manela looked to have things under firm control but began toying with her opponent and nearly got whomped back but just managed to make Dawne to submit before it all got out of hand.
Kate(64) vs Marlu(59) : More vicious hairpulling and face-slapping in this one as Kate got the better of Marlu in a close contest.
Margo(59) vs Carmen(56) Margo was aware of Carmen's hard contest with Milffight so she attacked her immediately and managed to rip chunks of Carmen's hair before she finally took her stride. Both women were trying to give as much pain to the other. However margo's strenght prevailed and she finally tripped Carmen over and placed her head between her legs. - What now, whore? Margo yelled as the Spanish fighter was trapped underneath and unable to throw Margo off her chest. After few more minutes Carmen's stamina was finally on emergency level and she gave a submission to Margo.Great fight.
Terri(67) vs Suzane (45) : Terri another hot prospect for the overall title and she brutally KO'd Suzane in a one-sided beatdown to confirm her status.

Manela , Please tell us about your last match
Manela: It was a tough and combative fight with not much rest and many submissions. We are quite similar in size and strength, so no one was able to dominate the other and the fight was very competitive. Throughout the fight we both tried many different tactics for submission, and a variety of grappling techniques which was exciting to experience. We thought we did great, but my hubby and his friend got angry after it was over. What bothered them was the congratulations after the fight between me and her, when we smiled and hugged each other. They were convinced we hated each other and wanted us to keep a grudge till the rematch.
Bill : Do you experience joy even if you lose a match?
Manela : Yes, even though I lose very rarely.
Bill : Who would be your toughest opponent ?
Manela : Linda and Magda.
Bill : Other than this, why women want to be such sports? To prove something? Then what?
Manela : I catfight or wrestle for the discipline it gives me, the confidence, the intensity, the workout, the thrill, the love, the emotions, the unity within the family of catfighters, for all of it...

Linda , You are 61 yo but you fight as a 20 yo .Its incredible and amazing this one.Some pundits believe that you are a phemonon , an exception of the rule!!Do you feel yourself as a special woman?
Linda :I feel that I am an ordinary woman that has done some extraordinary things. I do!
Bill : Whats your opinion about Gr Pr de Opera at Megeve ?
Linda : Its a wonderull tournament ! Very competitive and the people who watch the matches are real fans of catfight.The atmosphere is electrical.I love this competition.I love to catfight in front of all these people.
Bill : Who would be your toughest opponent?
Linda : I consider every fighter a challenge and do not take anyone for granted. I believe I would have to single out Cheryl , Magda , Manela from Spain and Margo as my number one challenger.All of us we ll fight each other so in the end the better woman to win and to qualify in the final four.
Bill : What are the reasons why you have chosen combative sports, quite unusual activities for a woman? What encouraged you to participate in them?
Linda : I believe that it is a question of my nature. I don?t feel like I chose combat sports?they chose me. It?s in my nature to be very competitive, strong and aggressive. These may be uncommon traits for a woman, but not all women. I have always gravitated to the most challenging situations in my life. I find common interests boring and I always strive to carve out an unusual destiny for myself. If everyone is going Right, I feel an overwhelming desire to go Left instead. LOL

erri - Marlu : Terri has impressed the observers with some quality catfighting .Marlu is without win yet and looks weak .(the pundits 10-0 for Terri)
Margo - Dawne : Margo thinks Dawne will be another fallen woman on her way. But Dawne knows she's much tougher then her record shows and the arrogant Margo will regret her cocky approach to this fight.(the pundits 8-2 for Margo)
Linda - Karin : Linda's record is taking a serious nose-dive round after round and Karin isn't the ideal opponent for this one, but there are no byes in this competition and Linda fresh from a complete trashing of Paula is already thinking of the sort of punishment she'll deliver to Karin.(the pundits 10-0 for Linda)
Milffight - Paula :Milffight finally got the attention she always thought she'd deserved when she beat the spanish Raquel in the previous round. Spurred on by this success she's incurred an instant wrath towards Paula who even bleached her hair blonde to turn her miserable streak around. But Milffight thinks Paula's phoney look won't last long as she'll rip all her hair out and make her beg for mercy.( the pundits 5: 5)
Carmen - Raquel : There's no such problem for Carmen who is more then confident she'll punch Raquel's guts out in a brutal fight. On the other hand the Spanish fighter has taken Milffight into a close fight before finally going down and thinks Carmen is better in trash talking then actual fighting and her maiden win is coming right here.(the pundits 9-1 Carmen)
Karen - Suzane : The former champion knocked out Rachel in the previous round and targets a record trashing of Suzane whom she considers even a weaker opponent than Rachel. Time will tell if the blonde's predictions are any good or will Suzane pull off an upset.(the pundits 10-0 for Karen)
Laura - Mistress Raven : Laura targets a break-through after two defeats in a row and Ravens record bodes well for this prospect. But the Mistress counts on Laura a being tired after a gruelling fight with Catherine (Queen of Wales) and wants to pick her first victory of the tournament.( the pundits 6-4 for Laura )
Kate - Donna : Kate knocked out Marlu in the previous round but Donna is a different kettle of fish and the blonde's winning run might not last long especially that Donna has targeted an easy victory in this round. (the pundits 7-3 Donna )
Manela- Sandra : Manela promises to wreck Sandra into shreds but the Italian is looking for some revenge after a bad loss to Magda.(the pundits 7-3 for Manela)
Loraine - Dora : Overall leader Loraine promises to chop down Doras temper and the odds are pretty straight-forward. Dora's aggression might only save her from a complete humiliation but she still thinks that Loraine is overrated brunette bimbo that needs to be bend over and spanked. (the pundits Loraine 8-2 )
Queen - Rachel : Queen walked all over Laura in the previous round but Rachel is a tough lady.(the pundits 5: 5)
Magda - Cheryl : Finally there's the prime event. Both names speak for themselves and the champion South African is simply choking with anger after her loss to Margo. It's make it or break it time for her but nobody's been able to break Magda down so far. It can't afford another early loss to spoil her overall chances and there's no better way of staying in the hunt then defeating another one of the tournament's favourites proving that she is a diserved #1 in the rankings. On the other hand Magda is determined to finish Cheryl and establish her name as the big fav . and maintain her unbeaten record.(the pundits 5:5 )

IMPORTANT NOTE #1 :I apologize for my mistake .The leaders in the Group A are 1st Magda and 2nd Manela (she has better vote difference than Margo) .Sorry but with so material you can give me excuses.

Important note #2
The first 6 in the standings of each group ( total 12 participants) will compete in the next tourney : Gr Pr of Athens .We ll have another 8 participants (newcomers) *
Total 20 fighters , who will be devided in 4 groups.Every fighter will fight all the others (round robin tourney).The winners of the four groups will qualify in final four , where the winner will be the champion.
The last six fighters of each group (total 12 participants) will not compete in next tourney.But they will compete in the tourney of May.
The reason that i devided in 4 groups its simple.Instead of having 9 rounds , now will have only 5. In the final four the rounds remain the same 6 (each fighter faces all the other 3 twice).I regard this system as the most fair for competition.
New fighters who ask to join , they can apply but they should wait.Also they should inform me about their name/their age/their weight and their nationality.
* i call newcomers the new fighting members because thay are not rated.I dont have any record of their matches.Offcourse there are no newcomers are great fighters and exp too.
Just i call newcomers because they are unrated.As soon join in my catfight tournies, they will start their rankings.Thxxx for understanding the rules of the competition and the rules for the entries.
