I came across an old catfight I enjoyed at the time. It was between two more mature women. It occurred on the TV Series Mat Houston, episode 14 of year one in January of 1983 It was titled Whose Party is this Anyway The fight was between Barbara Rush (56 years old at the time) and Stella Stevens (46 years old). In the episode Stella played a women who had slept (and is still seeing) Barbara’s husband. Stella was a race car driver among other things and Barbara was a Lady in the British realm. Both women were dressed as in the photo:

Stella (in red)
Barbara (in white)
5'5" at 125 lbs (estimate)
5'6½" (est.) 155 lbs (est.)
46 years old
56 years old
36C-26-37 (est.)
37-29-40 (est.)

In her starlet days Stella was 118 lbs and 36C-24-36 She seems to have stayed in reasonable shape at age 46 but I figured she has added some weight and her figure (waist and hips) have filled out over the years. Her dress is tight and you can see a hint of a pot belly but just a hint.

As for Barbara, her figure in er starlet days was 34-22-34 when she was quite svelte. I never did find her height or weight at any age. In the TV show she seems to be about and inch or two taller than Stella so I made her 5’6½” although she could even be taller than 5’7”. It is hard to judge her figure as she has on loose clothing. I figured by 56 she has added more pounds than Stella has. Also in the fight scenes it seems to me that Barbara outweighs Stella so I have put her at about 30 pounds heavier than Stella and have added a few inches to her starlet figure.

Here is the catfight as staged by the director. Click on the picture to view the Youtube clip.

All this is background for my fantasy fight. Stella is feeling rather cocky that she could take the bigger but older Barbara in a real tussle. So she quietly says to Barbara before the filming starts, “Look the fight scene ends with neither of us victorious as people rush in and stop us. But in the script outline it has you pushing me around and getting the better of me most of the time. That’s ridiculous! First of all my character is an active sportswoman and adventurous, Probably been in lots of fights. Your character is a dowdy, matronly woman who probably avoids fights. Then there are the two of us. I am fitter and stronger than you and I know how to pull hair, slap and fight. I doubt if you can stay with me in a real fight.”
Barbara is equally confident about being able to outfight Stella. She glares at Stella and says, “I think the script is realistic. I am a lot fitter than you think. You look rather soft and flabby to me. Look at the pot belly protruding. One punch there and I will take the fight out of you if we fought for real. But we won’t know, will we, as these fights are scripted.”
Stella comes back, “What say you we make this more interesting, just between you and me. We follow the outline of the fight for the most part but we do it for real. At each encounter we will try to be the one who comes out on top. It will be a better fight than anything they can choreograph  as it will be for real. And I guarantee you that the fight will be much different than as outlined. I will have you on the run and begging me to stop.”
Barbara fumes as Stella, “You’re pretty cocky for a frail little thing. I do like the idea. It will not only be close to what has been scripted but I will dominate you and whip you even more than what is indicated. I am going to crush you, you little bitch and then expose your sagging, aging droopy tits for all the world to see. So let’s do it.
When the word “action” is given Barbara leaps off the stool and attacks Stella just as scripted. Stella wasn’t expecting such an all out fight and is at a disadvantage at first. But she digs in and starts to fight back as hard as she can. The two go at it in earnest. How does the fight turn out? Is Stella overmatched as in the staged fight and as Barbara believes? Of is Stella true to her word and the better and more vicious catfighter as strong or stronger than Barbara? You be the judge and vote.  You are to judge if it is an easy fight for one or a tough fight. Can Barbara push Stella around like she does in the video until she wears her out and finishes her off? Can Stella call upon her catfighting skills to keep Barbara at bay and force her to beg her to stop? Is it an even fight that one barely wins? Does the fight end without a clear winner either because both women tire or because it is stopped. Please choose an option from the first three (close fight, Barbara dominates, or Stella dominates) and an option for how it ends (Barbara wins, Stella wins, both quite, or fight is stopped).

The initial voting shows a wide, even distribution - both to the type of fight and who wins. It couldn't be more even with 7 votes in. I like that. I hope it continues.  :) :) :) :)

If you have already read my staging of the fantasy fight you should go back and reread it. I changed it so that the fight occurs during the actual filming. That way if I decide to write a story I can use some video captures from the fight but with embellishments based on the voting.
