Not a fan of her make up this match and wish it had some more back and forth.  I think Bliss is the most attractive girl in the WWE and liked her as champion but we all knew Rousey would win eventually.  They love creating hard to beat wrestlers until they wear out their welcome.  Curious to see who she defends title against.

This terrible match Attempts to set women’s pro wrestling back years.  Firstly, they try to transform Rousey into some kind of beast, which she clearly isn’t and then they roll out a totally boring squash match in which the WWE women’s champion, Alexa Bliss, has to play the role of some lame fairy tale princess victim.  This raises a couple of questions.  Firstly, if Bliss is so weak and girlie how did she ever become the champion in the first place?  And even more questionable, if Rousey is so ‘awesomely powerful’ why isn’t she competing in the men’s division in this day and age?  Basically a piss poor job by the WWE story writers, more worthy of the Grimm brothers!

Yes , I have for the longest time have called WWE Creative - WWE Uncreative - this is what they do and have always done , they do nothing but get Ladies Wrestling nowhere , Ronda Rousey in her last few fights in UFC got her ass kicked big time and the WWE brings her in & makes her into a Super - WWE Uncreative does awesome at discrediting their Ladies after all the work they have put in & do it without a care , just think , they let their bonafide trained Divas lose to the likes of Snookie and Maria Menounos , and unless I'm mistaken , Maria Menounos has multiple victories over WWE Divas & these are the same people who can have their Champion also look like a Super for many months and a few weeks later , 1-2-3 !!! DING-DING-DING!!! time of match 34 seconds and 1 last point , little tiny AJ Lee , their longest ever reigning Ladies Champion outside The Fabulous Moolah , yup , Ladies Wrestling has come so far that our Ladies Champion skips around the ring

It's called WWE for a reason...  World Wrestling "Entertainment"!      They entertain. Anyone, who knows anything about wrestling, or has watched it for more than 6 months knows how their story lines work!  The day they mentioned Rousey's name, I knew she was going to win the belt almost instantly. It was a given. Like her or not, she's got a star power to her.  Is she trained and able to be believable yet?  NOPE.  Will she ever be??  who knows... Maybe...  Will she ever fight UFC again?  Probably not.  Give it time... Rhonda will lose eventually and she'll fall into the "rank and file" of the women's division. Just like Asuka did.  Hopefully, she'll learn enough and get better at her showmanship that she can stick around more than a year or two.  But, there's no use in complaining about it. just do like I do... turn the station and come back to it in 6 months, watch 2 episodes, and pretty much know everything going on!

Say what you will about AJ Lee (who btw is NOT the longest reigning women's champion since Moolah. Trish Stratus held the Women's Championship for 448 days, and Nikki Bella holds the record for longest reign with the Diva's belt at 301 days, 6 days longer than AJ Lee's reign) and her girly skip, but she could flat out work. She was the best woman on the mic during her tenure, she could sell and tell stories better than anyone else in the division, she had a strong move-set, and could ragdoll like no other. AJ Lee was as deserving a champion in her era as there was.

You want to be upset at something, be upset at Nikki Bella taking AJ Lee's record reign simply because she was riding John Cena and because AJ Lee was with CM Punk. The only reason Lee's record isn't still standing is because of the backstage politics of the Bella twins.

As for Ronda Rousey, I think we all saw this coming. What grates on me is Stephanie McMahon coming out trying to buy heat by making it all about her. It's more piss-poor storytelling and will likely lead to a Rousey/McMahon match at the Evolution PPV. The writers are lazy in all facets of WWE right now, not just the women.

I do not think it is all the writer's fault as I can point out a lot of times where the people overcame bad writing. I think the big problem is they are changing from Divas yo wrestlers, and as such there are rough patches. For me, I am all about the act the person is putting on as much as the action look no farther then Allie in Impact she was brought in slow and I think it worked well for her. Also, it's steph's Job to make it about her as  she is the The Heel in power over the kick ass Babyface...

It turned me on seeing her destroy her opponents in MMA. it really turned me on seeing Holly pick her apart with straight lefts and put her to sleep with that kick.
And Amanda completely humiliating her in 48 seconds after all that buildup "Fear the Return" was amazing.
Now that she is in WWE i feel the same. She will be fun to watch throw around Alexa and her eventual loses will be hot too.

People do know, right, that this is a poor imitation of a hadaka jime (RNC), by Bliss, it would do virtually nothing and be easy to escape? Guess that doesn't matter for the fantasy, but why not put it on to look like the real thing? A  rear naked choke with that clear shot to sink in would be dangerous.....there are 3 defenses that would add drama......but they go for typical hokey prowrestling. They know the fans don't know the differece and will love it, it sells the tickets.  Ok, even though a miniscule number of folks are into the judo and JJ -- it is Rousey's art, why not use it.

The only female in that locker room i give any kind of chance to in any real contest is Charlotte.  Nia is huge but she is in terrible shape.
The list Charlotte at 145 but she was to be bigger than that. I say Ronda is 145 and Charlotte is 165. If you see them together it there is a big size difference.
And Charlotte is absolutely ripped muscle and athletic.   She reportedly reps 225 on bench press.  Id give her the strength advantage.
All that being said Ronda might throw her around but it would be so hot to see if she could.
