I have been considering subscribing to the Steel Kittens offer to video stream their entire catalog for like $20 for 24 hours and was curious if anyone has tried it and if so, how did they like it? They offer a 60, 90 and 365 day service as well.
Also does anyone know of any other vendors that offer this? Maybe it's just me, but it seems like retail suicide to offer your whole catalog for $20 albeit just for 24 hours. Or maybe I'm clueless and they are making a fortune off of it. With so many companies going under because downloads get shared everywhere maybe this is the wave of the future, but I'm sure someone is going to figure out how to actually retain a streaming file and thus you really would be giving away your whole catalog for $20.
Any thoughts or responds about other video streaming offer I'd love to hear about.
