Hi,

I have tried asking this question in another way previously but am going to try again.

What would people like to see on the public board of the chat room?  This question is not limited to those who frequent the chat room but posters here as well.

1. Men do come into the chat room and seem to hang around
2. Most women seem to like to fight in private which is fine - not having any pot shots at that
3. Most men like to actually be participants than opposed to spectators

What is it we want on the public board?  When we have identified this maybe we can move on and make the board come more alive and interesting to us all. 

Finally if there are subjects that people are keen to discuss in public would people be prepared to lead a discussion on a set topic?

Please can we refrain from commenting on what we do not want to see rather on what we do want to see in this particular section. If anyone wishes to express what they hate could they raise a new topic?

That is teriffic, a good start, 

Femfightlover would you be prepared to be a host kind of and ask questions off a female volunteer?  We could do a half hour session on that. Sounds fun to me.

If any female is prepared to talk about what femfightlover has asked for please could you let us know here.

Cassiecat your a woman after my own heart!  I think public fights are great. I tried to set up a league some time ago for public fighting, but it didnt work out. I got the volunteers but actually getting to the point of where they would fight in public was a lot harder and it just died

This is not about a lick of paint! Its about having interaction on the main board which is inclusive to all.   The only way this can happen is if people tell what it is they want. I have long accepted that not everyone is going to speak in public for whatever reason, but it would be nice to have a few more public chatters.  Last night the room was alive with chatters and there was jolly good relaxed interaction where there were several participants and I think everyone enjoyed the atmosphere, at least those that were talking.  What actually puts folk off talking in public is criticism from others .......... that is the biggest killer.  But hey......... that is just something we all need to learn to overcome, stand up to and learn from both in chat and in real life.
