Not bad and very realistically staged. Quite the effective technique of having the victim cover her crotch with her hand while the opponent smacks into her hand covered crotch. The sound effects help sell the blows as well as the camera angle which also carries a lot of weight selling the blow. Of course skin on skin contact is very distinctive between skin on bikini...but at the end of the day who gives a damn. If you have to pause the movie to explain to the audience how Superman is able to fly, you've got the wrong audience. ;-)
