I'm 99% sure it's from Crystal Video.  I'm also pretty sure Andi is the woman with the blue panties, but I'm not sure about the woman in the white shorts.

Driver47, I could agree with you, Michelle looking better than Andi, but it would be close.  If I remember correctly, they had a fantastic fight, with an interview with both of them after the fight.
