Solar System Queen Tournament Fight Three: Illandria Ni-So vs. Zoot Magnar

The third fight in the Solar System Queen Tournament is between blue skinned Illandria Ni-So of Uranus vs. Zoot Magnar of the Urasian moon Callisto.  This should be a particularly nasty fight as their two worlds have been at war for centuries.
