So I made my profile....I get messages.  But when I try to log in to chat I get a message that says "erroneous nickname"   Now this is ridiculous because its my profile name.  But I cannot log into chat.  Any ideas?

To use chat you can't have a period or a space in your name. I can change it replacing the period with an underscore. You will get emaied a password reset so make sure your email on file works. If this works for you I can make the change for you.

Exact same issue as the other person. See my reply above. I can put underscores in where the spaces are now.
