I am looking for pictures or video of Raquel vs Lady Victoria at the 1998 Women's Wrestling Convention (WWC '98).

I just received a video of THE MATCH TO END ALL MATCHES. Lady Victoria has deemed to title this flick, KICKEN ASS. It includes a 27 minute competitive match between two of the most successful "sessionettes" (session wrasslers) and video of Lady Victoria wrasslin' the Mighty Raquel at the WWC '98.

Technically, this video was a pleasant surprise. Though many of the "mail-order mills" have production values lower than the worst skin flicks, KICKEN ASS pays an admirable amount of attention to technical detail while operating on an assumably low-budget. First, the match is held in what appears to be a nightclub/bar, not someone's spare bedroom or a they-all-look-the-same hotel room--the location adds a bit of authenticity. Next, the sound is very good--you can hear every grunt and groan as well as every catty, angry comment uttered by the wrasslers. And the camera work was superb. Lady V and her crew know their fans want to see close-ups of the wrasslin' action--and they DELIVER! Finally, for a brief portion of this match Lady V. utilized PIP (picture-in-a-picture) technology...this is a TERRIFIC way to insure the fan does not miss any of the action. Tex wants to see this technique used more!

The wrasslers looked very good. Though I've seen both more-defined, one couldn't miss the fact that both of these ladies work out with weights! I must say that I wish both of these ladies had spent a bit of time posing their luscious physiques and armwrasslin' prior to the match (Tex wants to see MUSCLE!), but you DO get to see those muscles straining as each lady tries to establish physical dominance.

But let's talk about the wrasslin' action. This is a hard-fought competitive match. Though neither Lady Victoria or Heather are known for wrasslin' competitively, they put their all into proving they are the ultimate "sessionette". Headlocks and Scissors are the holds of choice and they are applied with considerable pressure and effort--the groans verify the power generated by these very strong ladies. Though Heather dominates the action, she is never in complete control. Lady V struggles out of almost every hold or shows her hefty-pain-tolerance in making it very difficult for Heather to force her to submit. Heather, on-the-other-hand, shows she is clearly the stronger of the two women. Her incredibly-muscled legs are clearly too much for Lady V to handle and there is no question the NYC muscle-girl has the stronger upper body as well. There's plenty of close-ups of straining quads, bis and all other muscles on display in KICKEN ASS! Heather's superior size and strength fuel Heather's victory, 2 submissions-to 1.

The second half of this video features Lady Victoria wrasslin' the Mighty Racquel at the WWC 1998 Convention. Unfortunately, the action was shot from a single camera at ringside, so there are no close-ups and much of the action is obscured by the ring-ropes. I'll let you buy the video to see who wins...

In conclusion, KICKEN ASS is a first-rate f/f wrasslin' video. If you enjoy watching two muscular women wrasslin' to see who's the best woman, this is the video for you. At only $40 it is a bargain...."

She had a match the following year against Josephine from Virago. Sadly that's another video that is impossible to find. The only matches I've found are the ones with the DWW girls, Casey vs Kristie Etzold and Helen vs Momo. Jackpin produced two VHS tapes from the San Diego conventions (had all the matches plus interviews), but good luck finding them.

  SteelKitten has been releasing WWC video over the past year.  I E-mailed them about the Fuschia and was told they do have it and will be release in the future!!!

Another “legendary” and lost match is Kay (from Mississippi?) versus Lady Ellen.

I am fairly certain it's gone forever. Raquel's old email address does not bounce so I have made one last request as I remember she sold the DVD back when she did sessions, but she's been out of the business for a long time now. Lady Victoria is also still selling videos but I have never gotten a reply from her.

I thought Raquel wrestled fairly recently, a few years ago?

Three matches, taped before enthusiastic live audiences at the 1998 Women's Wrestling Convention: (1) Fuchsia (120 lbs.) v. Jezebel (105 lbs), in an intense, fast-moving bout; (2) Helen (140 lbs.) v. the lovely Denise, of DWW (133 lbs.), in a special-request match for Barbara, webmaster of the Combative Woman Web Site; and (3) Momo (138 lbs.) v. Hana, of DWW (130 lbs.) -- many people have called this one of the best submission-style matches they've ever seen, as Momo, who has tremendous natural ability and a height/weight advantage, met the smaller but more experienced Czech, a gutsy and impressive technical wrestler. This went three falls and the outcome was in doubt all the way. We had two videotapes of this match, so we threw them both in for different angles. 85 minutes, U.S. $49.

No mention of the Raquel vs Lady Victoria match.
