More post-fight comments. In this set Christie Brinkley really hammered down her rival
Suzy Kendall (23) vs
Carol Lynley (45)This is perhaps another small upset but not in terms of the actual winner but the winning margin itself. I predicted this going right down to the wire but as it turned out, Carol Lynley gave Suzy Kendall the second biggest beatdown in the entire round. Carol probably is a woman who hates fellow blondes more then any brunettes and really wanted to stamp her authority. As a result Suzy got wrecked out of her senses and will need some time to recover.
Christie Brinkley (50) vs Yutte Stensgaard (17)
The biggest beatdown came next with the Sports Illustrated's favourite cover girl just beating the crap out of Yutte Stensgaard. Christie wasted little time to grab the fellow blonde by the hair and knock her down on the ground with some heavy punches. Yutte sat down on the floor and couldn't do anything about Christie pounding her brains out. The fight only ended after Christie got bored of this lack of defense from her rival and gave her a solid kick right into the face to finish off this train wreck.
Morgan Fairchild (42) vs Jacqueline Bisset (27)
Morgan's strenght proved too much for another women, this time it was Jacqueline Bisset who took all the punishment she could before giving up. Morgan tried to restore the overall lead but Christie's win gives her the edge in the early stages of the competition.
Barbi Benton (28) vs
Cheryl Ladd (41)Barbi jumped on Cheryl without any fear but the blonde has showed that her wins were valid in all the aspects and ripped the brunette's hair out in a vicious struggle.
Sonia Braga (32) vs
Edina Ronay (35)Certainly the biggest upset of the round because Edina got completely blown away by Lynda Carter and Cheryl Ladd and it looked like Sonia Braga will have an easy day in the office as well. This proved not to be the case as Sonia must have undererestimate Edina which allowed the blonde to tear the brunette's tits off in a vicious fight. Sonia tried to respond by ripping Edina's hair out but the breast mauling tactics eventually gave the winning edge to Edina.
Susan Anton (40) vs Lesley-Ann Down (30)
Hard pounding from both sides which went in favour of Susan who belly-punched Lesley-Ann into submission after quite a long contest.
Ornella Muti (35) vs Pamela Tiffin (32)
The fiery Italian barely avoided repeating Sonia's mistake of not taking the potentially weaker opponent seriously. Pamela went all guns blazing on Ornella and managed to trip her over but after a lenghty rolling struggle, Ornella finally gained the advantage and pinned the aching Pamela for the victory. Had Pamela saved some more energy then she might have gotten her first win but this fight could give her some confidence ahead of the next round.
Susan Denberg (44) vs Agnetha Faltskog (25)
Third-highest winning margin in this round as Susan pummelled Agnetha into a quick submission. It all went down to physical strenght and Susan prevented Agnetha from taking her down on the ground and mauling into an exhausting struggle. This was a straight-forward punchfest which Susan had been favoured to win and she did so.
