As Gabby and I prepare to depart our dressing room and head towards the ring, we hear a commotion from the crowd and your entrance music playing. We decide to stay for a moment and retreat back into our dressing room to watch your pathetic entrance on closed circuit TV. We see your senseless flirting with the crowd and laugh to each other at your silliness. “They won’t be smiling for long,” Gabby says to me. When we hear your comments about Gabby’s thong, her amusement at your antics turns to rage. I need to control my partner. “Don’t let them get in your head, Gabby, that is what they want. I need you to focus, to calm down and make smart decisions. We have our prep work done, stick to the plan. Keep your head about you. Save it for the ring, Goddess.” I dispatch an attendant to the ring ahead of us to instruct arena staff to dispense with our entry music for tonight as neither Gabby or I are in a mood to put on a show for the fans any longer. We are coming to the ring with bad intentions, we are coming to not only win but to hurt you, to leave our marks, to make a statement. Gabby and I push aside the curtains and walk down the aisle to the ring. Gabby has a serious look on her face, your antics have gotten to her and it will be at your peril. The crowd at first does not notice our entry as no music signifies our appearance. The crowd only begins to react as we ascend the stairs. Me first, Gabby closely behind. I sit on the middle rope and raise the top one with my arms giving Gabby entrance to the ring and I follow closely behind. We both glare across the ring at the Mean Girls but make no comment or gesture in their direction. Gabby and I had discussed in our dressing room that I would be the one to start the match. Gabby gives me one look and I know what I have to do. I step out of the ring onto the apron and grab the tag rope. As Gabby prepares herself, I lean into her ear and say “Make them pay for what they said. This is no joking matter. Don’t try and do too much. I am here for you. Tag me at will. Now go and kick some Mean Girl’s ass!”
