If I'm not mistaken this video was actually for sale by a producer at one point. This company has put out a few videos to my knowledge. Honestly though who films a fight to be distributed for money VERTICALLY!? C'mon people... you never film VERTICALLY it's not rocket science. Have you ever seen a tv show or movie shot straight up and down? Sorry to rant but that's a real pet peeve of mine . 
It's a pity this was poorly filmed with mobile phones and YES the producers that made this have been called a few different names over the years - King Of Catfights, Coast2coast, West Coast Catfights, FLJ, KC productions but now they have their act together with - "Socal Catfights" which Is filmed with high quality camera which the camera guy runs around filming the action which brings high quality super fights!!!
