The scene at the end of the movie where Caroline finds Joan in her bedroom while Jack is in the bathroom. Only this time Joan has her friend watch Jack's kids while she makes her play for him.

Would be very close but in the end I think Joan's (Ann's) legs are the difference as she holds Caroline (Teri) over by the hair and launches knee lifts into Caroline's belly and breasts.   Caroline goes to the carpet and Joan wraps her legs around her waist and locks in a brutal scissors.  With Caroline trapped Joan mauls away on her breasts, yanks her head back and forth by the hair and slaps her across the back of her head.   Caroline eventually goes limp and submits telling Caroline she can have Jack.
