The first of Miss Tee’s three challenge matches with Ellen was scheduled as an extra match on the A league wrestling card just two weeks after Tee had issued her challenge. Tee had opted to box first so the pair entered the ring with their gloves on. Ellen in her kimono and Tee in a slightly longer robe.
This was Ellen’s first chance to size up her opponent and she was impressed by what she saw. Referee Suzi introduced both women to the audience:
“Ladies and gentlemen our final bout of the evening is a senior boxing challenge match between, in the blue corner, aged 54, 5 feet 7 inches tall, measuring 38C-29-42 and weighing in at 155lbs – Ellen!”
Ellen slipped off her kimono, she was wearing her favourite black briefs with the white polka dots
“And in the red corner, aged 49, 5ft 9 inches tall, measuring 38B-29-43 and also weighing in at 155lbs, a newcomer to our club but a seasoned fighter – Miss Tee!”
Miss Tee stood little taller than Ellen with small, firm breasts, a snub nose and a pleasant smile. Her body was lightly tanned and she wore a pair of briefs with horizontal black and white stripes covering her shapely derriere. Her waist length hair was brown flecked with strands of grey and plaited into a single braided pony tail.
The Suzi summoned the pair to the centre of the ring where they shook hands before she gave them a quick reminder of the rules. They returned to their corners and, a few seconds later, the bell rang for the start of round one.
The pair started cautiously, feeling each other out with light jabs but Ellen quickly upped the pace with a flurry of blows that put the taller woman on the back foot.
After about fifty seconds a solid upper cut from the blonde connected with the brunette’s jaw and she sat down hard on her shapely backside with a dazed expression on her face. It looked like the match could be over before it had really begun but Miss Tee shook her head, smiled and got back to her feet at a count of 6 before resuming her guard.
Ellen continued to dominate, forcing Miss Tee to back up. After a minute or so of pushing her opponent around the ring Ellen launched another salvo of punches that knocked the brunette back against the ropes. A right hook to the jaw then deposited Miss Tee on the mat for a second time. This time she was slower to get up, using the ropes to haul herself to her feet at 7 and accepting the full 9 count from the referee before resuming her guard.
In the closing seconds of the round Ellen went on the offensive again and was rewarded with a third knock down. A right hook caught Miss Tee’s temple and the brunette spun around before falling on her backside along the ropes. Once again, she pulled herself up on the ropes and shook her head before indicating her willingness to continue at 9.
Ellen advanced again but a few seconds later the bell sounded signalling the end of the first round. Despite the one-sided nature of the round the brunette seemed happy and confident as she returned to her corner.
It was no great surprise when the score flashed up showing Ellen leading by 12 points to nil.
Round two started in the same way that the previous one had finished and it wasn’t long before the brunette went down for a fourth time to a left hook. When she got back to her feet her smile had been replaced by a more determined look. The pair squared off and began trading punches much more evenly than they had in the first round. Miss Tee’s jabs increasingly found their mark and the experienced blonde found herself on the back foot. Eventually the brunette’s attacks meet with success Ellen was forced into a clinch and Suzi awarded her a standing count 8.
With a few seconds left on the clock Ellen got her first taste of Miss Tee’s power when a crashing right hook connected with her temple and put her down for the first time in the match. For a moment it looked like it might be her last taste as well. The blonde was face down on the mat making no attempt to get up as Suzi stood over her counting. The count had reached 7 when the bell went and it was a further 10 seconds or so before Ellen lifted her head of the mat, got slowly to her feet and staggered to her corner. There was no doubt in anyone’s mind that had the round been 5 seconds longer the fight would be over by now.
The early knock down saved Ellen from a complete whitewash but Miss Tee took 8 points to the blonde’s 3 bringing the scores to 15-8
Miss Tee dominated the third round from the opening bell. Ellen went down to a left hook after thirty seconds, taking a count of 8. When the action resumed, she back pedalled and covered up for the best part of a minute until a right uppercut connected with her jaw and put her down again. This time she only just beat the count.
Around the two-minute Ellen, still on the defensive, ducked under a right hook from Miss Tee and launched an uppercut that connected squarely with her opponent’s crotch.
Miss Tee’s mouth formed a perfect O as her gloved hands went to her panties and she dropped to her knees. Suzi stepped in and signalled the end of the round
The brunette stayed on her knees for a few seconds after the bell but the expression on her face rapidly changed from shocked surprise to anger and determination.
Returning to her corner she declined her second’s offer of an ice pack and, despite the small damp patch on her knickers that indicated a little ‘leakage’ from the low blow, a towel for her nether regions.
This time when the scores came up it was Miss Tee who took all 12 points from the round giving her a lead of 15-20.
Despite her success in the previous round and her stoic performance in the break, Miss Tee seemed hesitant as she came out for the fourth round and was soon retreating under a hail of blows from the blonde. After about 30 seconds a right uppercut from Ellen connected with Miss Tee’s jaw and she dropped to her knees.
Ellen retreated to a neutral corner and Suzi began counting as Miss Tee shook out the cobwebs and got to her feet. Once again, a look of anger and determination crossed Tee’s face as Suzi stopped counting at 8 waved Ellen back in.
Keen to press home her advantage Ellen attacked but was stopped by a hail of blows from the brunette, culminating in a right hook to the temple that sent her crashing to the mat.
Ellen landed on her side and rolled on to her back. The count had reached 5 before she rolled over and pushed herself to her hands and knees before coming to her feet, just beating the count.
Ellen raised her guard and Suzi waved the brunette back in. For the next thirty seconds or so Miss Tee pursued the back-pedalling blonde around the ring until a right to the solar plexus bought Ellen’s guard down and a left uppercut put her on her back.
Ellen gamely got to her feet at 9 but she had slowed noticeably when the action resumed. Her defence was in tatters and it wasn’t long before Miss Tee took her guard apart and a right cross connected with her nose, sending her to the mat for a third time in the round.
Once again Ellen took the full count to get back to her feet and did her best to cover up against Miss Tee’s continued onslaught. Miss Tee had abandoned any sense of a guard herself and was simply attacking the blonde with powerful but often wild punches.
In the closing seconds of the round Miss Tee caught Ellen with a left hook that had the blonde staggering around the ring. Miss Tee pursued her landing a left and a right to her breasts, which bought her guard down, and a left hook which connected with her right eye. A right cross and a left uppercut followed before Ellen finally hit the deck out cold.
Suzi began to count but once again Ellen was saved by the bell as the count reach 6. She made no effort to get up after the bell and had to be helped back to her corner by her second, Erica.
Despite Ellen’s early success, the four knock downs meant that Miss Tee still took the bulk of the points and extended her lead to 19-32. Ellen seemed to be in serious trouble as Erica struggled to get her ready for the next round.
The bell went for the start of round five and Miss Tee came out on the attack. Still not recovered from the end of the previous round, Ellen tried to cover up but a rain of blows forced her into a clinch.
Suzi separated the pair and gave Ellen a standing count of 9 before waving Miss Tee back in. Ellen looked to be out on her feet and it was clear that the fifth round would be a mere formality. The fight had clearly been knocked out of the blonde and her decision to continue said more about Ellen’s refusal to concede a match than her ability to win it.
Ellen raised her guard as Miss Tee attacked and back pedalled around the ring for another 20 seconds or so until a right cross from the brunette put her down for a count of 9. Gamely the blonde got to her feet at 9 only to be deposited straight back on the mat by a right upper cut.
A third 9 count saw Ellen stagger to her feet and raise her guard but the effort was half hearted. A solid left from Miss Tee flattened Ellen’s right breast, bringing her guard down and clearing the way for a hay making right upper cut that literally lifted the blonde off her feet. She landed flat on her back and made no attempt to move during the count or for some time after.
It was a good two minutes before Ellen had recovered enough for Suzi to bring the pair together in the centre of the ring and announce:
“Ladies and gentlemen, after one minute and ten seconds of round five, your winner by a knockout – Miss Tee!”
First blood to the brunette. Ellen would be out for revenge in their wrestling encounter, just two weeks away.
