Katy Perry in a very similar gown of the same color.
As a result of this, Julie-enthusiasts mocked Katy, claiming Julie was not only significantly more beautiful and sexy than Katy but even 'could sing, unlike the pop tart from California' and had bigger boobs. Fans of Katy's were outraged and trashed Julie in comments about her dress, looks, and singing skills.
Katy eventually told her fans she would settle the matter by using her time machine to meet Julie and challenge her to a singing and beauty contest, and to a wrestling match. She also wants to prove that her boobs not only are the same size but could crush Julie's in a tit fight. (With Katy's bra size of 32D and Julie's assets of size 34C, both women supposedly are equally endowed as far as their busts are concerned.)
Katy has brought her time machine out of the garage and now is ready to set off on her mission to meet Julie London in the year 1962 when she was Katy's current age of 36 years.
