Opinions are fine, please don't get riled up at me, I'm not against sharing opinions.  I have the same opinion it was not as good as some other fights, but as you and I understand, not every fight is perfect otherwise it would have to be scripted, and we don't want that..

I'm just not ok with saying Brooke quit because she didn't and I know that Aubrey asked for the hair braiding, obviously, for one it's the truth, and for another she's the only one complaining about hair being pulled out.  Brooke didn't care, doesn't care, won't ever care really about hairpulling or hair being yanked out.    Saying someone quit is more an accusation than an opinion, so I'm speaking up to clear the record so to speak.

This thread is approaching almost 4,000 hits as I am sure many of us has viewed it multiple times. This has garnished the most Suitefight topic/catfight to my recollection. I purchased this showdown and have viewed it numerous times, and I agree with some of you, it was not the best Suitefight production. I want to toss my hat into this discussion as there seems some back and forth opinions on the matter.

First off, I am a big fan of Aubery Black and kudos to her as the first pornstar to engage in Suitefights(Lora Cross has also done porn}. Aubrey first opponent was Vivian Fox, who cancelled, but Aubrey stuck to her commitment to fight Brooke. Now, I do not what rules were agreed upon in the Aubrey vs Vivian match, but perhaps once Aubrey found out her opponent was a experience catfighter therenwas some modification or compermise as to what was allowed or not. Aubrey stated in a tweet she was not permmited to do what she wanted to do and we can only speculate what additional action(s) she wanted to attempt. Many of us have heard Aubrey's responses to what happened, but not Brooke's side of the story. Dis she really quit? Did she hold back? Were the breaks too long? Did she delay the start time. This may be some big issues such as nails, hairputling etc.

As for real Suitefight matches I personally preferred non-expierence woman clash vs the Sarah Brookes, Alexa, Brooke et al. Woman like Eden, Jacky Fay, Taylor Carmilla and Evon to me are more exciting to see. I also hope that Aubrey(and other pornstars) consider Suitefights as another venue to their profession. Also it is very important for the women to agree upon the rules before hand so the bitching after is non existing.

This fight was boring in the sense that it felt like apart from the initial slaps, they were just going through the motions instead of catfighting to win the fight, imho. Still bought it via sponsorship but this was the 2nd time Brookes quit in her fights. If she doesn't have the heart to win it through and through then she shouldn't take a spot in the Suitefights videos. Hope the next catfight between Emma and Angel goes till there's a clear winner. Still the camera work was good as usual Steve. :)
I'll give more details later in the week, but I can't hold my back any longer.  I doubt you are in the majority of opinions when watching these fights.  Just in case there are tons of other people who think this way, just a tidbit of info. She won both fights and was holding back so she wouldn't beat up the other girls and make it a 5 minute video.  You need to understand that Brooke is much tougher and has fought in more real fights than these girls.  Trust me that she isn't quitting, she is just playing nice.
Apart from her fight in ecnwc, which she was alot younger and different, I've yet to see the evidence on what you claim. Glad she was able to fill in for Vivian but apart from that, she quit both fights in her Suite fights against Nikki and now Aubrey. Those are facts. But I'm sure Steve will figure out a way to make his product better so it's a learning experience.

Well, you are in fact incorrect.

Now, this isn't a criticism of Steve at all, the Nikki fight should have been stopped.

First of all I know first hand she didn't quit either fight.  Please read this carefully and think.

Against Nikki Brooke was in control the whole time.  You need maybe shift your thinking away from catfighting and more to grappling and control.  Brooke was in control of Nikki the whole time, holding her, even dragging around by the hair.  Now, face hits were not allowed, that's when Nikki panicked when she realized that no matter what she did Brooke was still going to be on top of her like Brooke was, always above her, holding her and Nikki couldn't see.  Nikki knew if it went to the ground she would be in big trouble.  So, she panicked and started wildly slapping at anything around her.  Brooke never panicked, just calm cool in control.  Now, if Brooke got mad or out of control she would and could have floored Nikki in retaliation, but Brooke is able to take direction.

Ok, then look at Nikki's eyes and breathing after the break, she is in a different state than Brooke despite the nose bleed.

Anyway, off camera Nikki was shocked at how strong Brooke was and told her "I'd hate to see you really mad".  I mean you can ask Nikki or Steve, Brooke didn't quit.  Steve made the right decision, but Brooke would have continued to fight no problem

Now, Aubrey, first round, Brooke easily pins her and dominates, Aubrey can't do anything.  At this point Brooke realizes to make this a good long video she can't just get her to the ground over and over, which she easily could and she can't punch her over and over even though she had the opportunity.  There was no quit, every time Steve called break Brooke was in control.

What do you want to see, Brooke just beat up girls or what?  That wouldn't make a great video for most customers.

A great video is one where both fighters are trying their best to just beat the other girl up. Ain't that what a real catfight is supposed to be about?

And if one is too much for the other, then fans who buy the video get to see her proving it. Ain't that what we buy these videos for?

I would agree with you there, but there's a market out there with wide ranging tastes and requests bordering on scripted, notice how many comments there are about "I hope they attack this or that" and requests for "how much boob work is there, how much hairpulling".  Most girls aren't going to do any below the belt attacks in a fight or wedgies or boob grabs lol, hairpulling maybe.  It's hard to produce what everyone wants.  I mean Brooke fighting for real real, is kind of a scary thing and I doubt would please the most fans really.   Who knows?

Taylor (the most recent match up for Angel) better known as Jackie Hoff and Carmen Valentina are pretty big porn stars as well. I do agree with you that the Vivian match up would've been a better fight for Aubrey. But I still don't understand what she was not permitted to do that would've helped her. Did she want chokes and locks to be allowed? Did she want an MMA fight? If that's the case then I'm not sure it would've gone much better for her since Brooke being able to punch and use slaps to the head might have knocked her our. SF style catfight has always been about hair pulling and face slaps, you can't really hbave a proper fight without that. That's what makes SF unique, otherwise it would be DWW, IFW or FightingDolls. They have some hair pulling but no head shots and it's basically a rough wrestling match not catfighting.

I would also like to hear Brooke's side of the story as well or maybe Steve can chime in and give us his opinion on the matter. In the email to sponsors he made it sound like there was quite a few issues he had during this fight, including with production and lack of time. So maybe it was just one of those days, even though I thought the camera work and lighting were excellent and the interviews superb as always. Personally, I still liked the fight but I know it wasn't for everyone and can accept that. Say what you will about the drama behind the scenes, props to the girls for actually going at it for 4 rounds/20 minutes (mostly standing), which is not an easy task.

This is true of course. I guess the producers have to encourage girls to use tactics they think their fans want to see. Personally, I love seeing submissions and decisive winners, by whatever tactics. so for me, I think timed rounds are a bad idea in a catfight. Just tell the girls that if they need a break they have to submit, then restart after they recover. That way there would be fewer off camera pull outs and more decisive outcomes.

.

Here's Brooke's side since only certain people are allowed to comment on Twitter, Brooke's not really a twitter person but she did comment after the match "it's pretty quiet" meaning Aubrey isn't talking anymore.

It's a nice move by Aubrey to say she wasn't allowed to do what she wanted to do.
Think about that, did she mean "I wish I was allowed to punch and wrestle and kick and whatever while Brooke would just submit".  Because if hairpulling messed up her career for a few weeks, what did she want to be allowed that Brooke would also be allowed to do to her that wouldn't interfere with her career if just a small tiny bit of hairpulling did that?

Brooke would easily no holds barred fight her, but no way Aubrey would go for that.  Aubrey did get a little nervous at the end and tried to front choke Brooke, but Brooke didn't care even though that was against the rules.  Guys, do you know how much Brooke follows the rules precisely doing these things?  Remember what I said, she is always calm, cool, methodical.

The start time was delayed by Aubrey because of the surprise hair braiding request.  Has Brooke ever had her hair braided?  Has she ever complained about anything?

There is only one person bitching, even without me telling you what happened from Brooke's side of things, it's pretty easy to see which fighter is trying to tell a story.

I have no background knowledge and I was not there. I just know that as a consumer, it was a dud. I don't feel cheated at all. It happens, this time to Steve. Not his fault. Looking forward to his next two offerings. This one was a dud. IN MY OPINION. I hope that it s ok to have an opinion.
Facts, and i agree it was a dud but im sure Steve will learn from it to make his future vids better than before.

I'd still say that this video was better than a majority of catfight content though imho. Just that suitefights is held in a higher regard based on his track record.

If possible, hope this match-up could be re-scheduled. I am assuming both Vivian and Aubrey agreed to meet, but unfortunately Vivian postponed the event. With the age difference, It would be interesting how it would turn out.with what ever rules were agreed upon. Maybe if not Aubrey, a Vivian vs Evonn??

Vivian is from Dallas and I believe that's where SF shoots their matches so if she wanted to take part in another fight it wouldn't be an issue to reschedule. I've seen people ask her on social media about doing a catfight, but she never responds. I think this ship has sailed.

For being a "dud" this match is still the #1 top selling video on his clips4sale store. ;)
