Heard of a competitive event going on at a mental health hospital I used to work at. We had to go through self defense training once yearly. It was a small place so about half of the group would go at the same time and pair up. There where only a few females so Jennifer a nurse at the hospital was pared up with Vicki who worked in payroll. They where of similar builds. It was part of the work requirement and lots of the time was spent practicing simple holds and how to break free. Both where considered the two hottest young women working there. Several times they had to take each other down and as the day progressed the giggly attitude of most of us turned into serious work. It wasn't until after lunch when each group had to display their skills that the two girls stopped giggling and we saw a good but quick display of both girls giving 100%. Tight jeans and stocking feet those two struggled for several glorious minutes until they decided to break it up. The event was only supposed to last for about 1/2 a minute but both where to intent on watching and the girls where so into it we all watched and enjoyed. Both girls had much more respect for each other. When the nurse left I remember Vicki mentioning to a group of us guys " I was hoping to have her as my partner again, this year. I think I could take her, this time." She wasn't stupid, she knew we where all into her and she had given her male (and a few females) plenty of visual stimulation.
