I just read about an incident where a guy inherited the house from his mother after she was stung by a yellowjacket and neither she nor others were aware she was allergic to it (and she lived alone). After he went to the attic, he discovered, to his horror that at least 50 thousand yellowjackets lived there in a giant nest, and only one expert dared to kill them (with emergency services on standby). However, if Ama**n is to be believed, these critters are stupid too, because stickers resembling a honeycomb prevents them from settling down.
