A new producer should first establish a
reliable track record of being able to produce entertaining catfights.
Then, the producer can offer sponsorships of future productions.
It may sound harsh, but if the guy can't afford to produce catfights, then he probably shouldn't be producing in the first place.
More often than not, these sponsorships of "new producers", even when well-intentioned, end badly for all involved.
