This is pretty funny.  There is a Girl Fight Club video that they are selling for the low low price of $100.99!

Now, I'm going tell you something guys.  I'll pay 100 bucks for a video, but NOT ONE PENNY MORE!   I'm not buying it!

Rich

$101 is a ridiculous price for a catfight video!

$100.99 is a lot more reasonable.

That one cent adds up if you're buying in bulk.

I would not pay $100 for most catfight videos, but would pay more then $100 if DWW would come back and Luzia filmed a new Catfight or if ECNWC would shoot another video!
I think the 90s to mid 00s was the golden era and we'll never see anything like that again. I've given fightingdolls and fightpulse a try and the girls are skilled and do their best, but it's not DWW and nothing will ever be quite like that. There was just something unique about DWW, especially when they had their international tournaments.

Forget shooting another video, I would pay anything to get a hold of the unreleased videos by ECNWC.

I'd say todays girls are more well trained with DWW girls having to get BJJ skills like Antscha to have a chance in Europe or USA today.  The 90's had better looking fighters and tons more small companies that had different local talent.  Fighting-dolls has the sexy fighters but lack the edge that DWW had with the Budapest girls, BSA girls and fighters from round Europe.
Agreed, especially on the fighting with an edge point. Also, I'm starting to dislike all the BJJ influence in competitive fights. It seems like IFW/FP are transitioning into more of a MMA oriented fighting style where the fight is a lot more controlled with the fighters choosing to hold positions instead of wrestling in a wild manner (like in DWW) where the results are unpredictable.

For BJJ holds, I do enjoy rear naked chokes. Many matches I order custom will request no arm bars allowed.

Quote
While in normal consensual duels and brawls that were always held under consensual rules and supervision and while even in the often brutal BSA fights of these well-trained athletes with well thought out and always supervised rules there was virtually no fear of danger or injury, the jujitsu holds that were unfortunately “imported” by more and more women who travelled independently to other producers were far too dangerous and destroyed the natural erotic of a female fight, and therefore I wasn’t ready to take that responsibility any longer.

This was a quote from Gunter of DWW and I've always agreed with it. I feel like the BJJ influence with arm bars and especially triangle chokes changed the game and not for the better. There are exceptions and I enjoy watching skilled BJJ fighters like: Ariel, Xana, Dragonlily, Antscha and Veve Lane. But for the most part I would much rather watch an old style wrestling match between the likes of Luzia and Nadege.

It certainly does. And even if you're only thinking of buying one download, there has to be limit to how much you're willing to pay. I might go to $100.99, if I really wanted that video, but another cent on top of that would be the straw that breaks the camel's back for me.    ;)

I am going to start a video company and our slogan will 100% be "the Neo Geo of catfighting."

If a company adopts that slogan I may actually consider paying $100 for a single fight at least you know you're getting quality. Now if you said you are the Atari Jaguar?... that's a whole nother story. ;D ;D ;D

If a mod could give me a "Atari Jaguar of catfight stories" tag that would be swell.

I understand the point of the original post was to point out the silliness of that extra 99 cents. But since so much has been written about whether a video is worth that much, I think it's only fair to point out that Girlfight Club has a ton of content that is priced normally and even pretty cheap in some cases.  AND she has lots of unique content. FWIW.
