I know I'm coming in late here and haven't read all 15 pages, but there was a Simpsons' episode where Bart is playing a video game called "Catfight" and it's Christina Applegate's fighting Nikki Cox (both FOX stars at the time) so must be a popular matchup.

i remember reading years ago about heather thomas intervening in a fight between 2 other women in real life & being hurt herself,it must have been in the 80s or early 90s when i first moved to australia,it always stuck in my mind,1 of the other women was tracy scoggins & the name of the other escapes me right now,ive done a search and cant find anything but she was another well known 80s actress & a brunette,i do recall the other woman being a judge in a miss universe pageant 1 time

      Watching some reruns both current and in the past, these would do just fine...
     ---Spin City    Heather Locklear was wearing a black bra in one episode; in another the famous "nipple shot" in a white blouse.....Imagine Rachel (Jennifer Anniston) crashing the office; both lovelies exchange trash talk, threats; grab hair; both wearing tight "nipple revealing" blouses, short skirts, nylons, heels.  Blouses shredded, bras yanked, ripped off; Heather chases Jennifer, wrestles her onto a desk, strips her down to her torn pantyhose and has some catfight fun with her.....(Imagine the nipple pinching....
     --Patricia Heaton wears one of her sexy outfits (on occasion in Everybody Loves Raymond)  Morgan Fairchild drops in wearing a sexy outfit; All "catfight hell" breaks loose; Any idea who wins this one and celebrates by twirling her rivals' bra in her fingers?
      -Big Bang ....... The lovely blonde Bernadette gets in it with sexy busty guest star Sarah Rue; Classic blonde vs redhead....  (Of course in the background the sexy Indian sister....Preah battles Kaley in bra, panties, garters.....?!
     --Big "Friendly" Brawl......On an episode of friends, Morgan Fairchild gets mouthy with Jennifer or Courtney or Lisa or all three; Morgan slaps Jennifer; Courtney moves in and slaps her hard; Lisa grabs the older blondes hair.....Jennifer shouts, "Yeah, let's get her..." as she charges in for payback.....Not very friendly, but Oh what fun.......
