No revival of DWW is planned.
The goal is to put DWW old material back online.

I certainly hope you achieve that goal - the loss of the DWW catalog was a huge blow to all femfighting enthusiasts.

"DWW was very competitive but still fun."

I can't follow what it is you're trying to say, but the above is the one quote worth repeating. In order to revive the company as an actual producer of new material GR, or whoever is at the controls, needs to find girls who buy into that concept. It's really that simple.

I'm 100% behind this idea! After completely falling in love with Fighting Dolls knowing a lot of their talent came from DWW I've been begging for their old content to resurface in its entirety. Please  let this happen ASAP!

Will there be unreleased stuff as well? Or just what was released before?

Willie Slick

Going back to a couple years ago, GR put out a letter which stated he had many unreleased fights he was looking to sell. So it would be a "possibility " that new material may be included, but other comments on this thread seem to indicate no new material will be included.....a catfight mystery indeed....

Good if there will be some of the old matches coming back. Because I lost one of my sponsored matches and now it might work to buy it.......
Anyway I remember around 1997-1998 when I was working night at hospital. I had sometimes time over and could chat with some very nice persons at the chatpage....We had so many interesting discussions. And it was so much traffic in the chat rooms.

I can only second guess it takes time to secure the copyright content takeover?  :)

No, that's not the subject.
It takes time to prepare a new website, that's it.

I hope they come back soon. Their chest-style-sitting matches were great and I don't believe any other company offered anything similar.

Seems odd they are coming back with a different website address?  Seems like they could come back in a day or two, so why so many months?

MODELSWRESTLING

It will be the same address: dww.at
Problem is that the old website does no longer exist. Everything has to be re-created.

DWW will need to put time into reclaiming their copyright on movies on certain russian websites and free porn sites if they want to be able to sell their back catalogue again.

If they were my property, a DMCA request would be way faster, and a lot cheaper. Where the EU now will have restrictions in place (as in, previously unsold catalog items will come January fall under the host's responsibility to verify copyrighted content before uploading) Russia is a whole other genus. While the former home of R5 DVD piracy now claims to be strict on piracy, in reality, it's "accidentally" used more frequently to control and/or quell political and economic dissent, and plenty of sites creating revenue for, let's say alleged bribes, will remain operational. In other words, if Microsoft can't block pirates from selling Windows products in Moscow (I don't know if the mall still exists, but a few years back you could buy a pirated OP system with money back guarantee), DWW could, at best, achieve a pyrrhic victory. That's also on top of the new compulsory GRPD regulations, so I'm not that surprised this takes time.
