Accompained   by  the estates caretaker  bernard... ywo weeks after the july 4th holiday,  another blazing hot  day

The trio are at the test  track ,just east of the estates   testing out their new one of a kind  crime fighting vehicle

the  ALL NEW BAT SLING CYCLE,,,

Lexi  behind the wheel first,with bluebird, beside her..the duo speed around the track.

Hang on jen    .the three wheeler whips around the track  at super high speeds,,,,

Jen.....woooooo, this thing has  almost as much horse power  and the hotmobile

Lexi.....WOW,,, it sure does, and cheaper  on fuel ..they continue to race around the track as lexi,.glances across  at her cousin,for any reaction....jen  with a wild smile on her face  seemingly unaffected

they slow to a  stop...

They stop and trade positions with jen behind the wheel,   she smiles  glancing at lexi... then slames  down the fuel peddle.. the wheels  spin churning ,spraying dirt,

SCENE..Two days later  in the   clique  neighborhoods  of cattyville.

At the grand opening of the brand new     recreation  and career  center

cattyville's best known   philantropist    lexi nightinggale    is at the  dedication with other  city leaders pleding her   and nightinggale industires  full support

 LEXI...   and i pledge that nightinggale industries   will donate   fully  for the new community park  and playground  just on the west side of this rec center..in hopes  this will be the beginning
in the hopes  that it will bring new business and opportunities  in this neighbor hood.

While lexi  is  making her  speech...     has a couple  of unexpected  attendees....in the crowd

Two  of  clique towns  more notorious trouble makers   dar  and  katie  the  duo  has recently  taken control  of downfalls  village... assembling  a group of  malcontents
they had already began  to expand their territory.. and taken parts  of  silk stockings strong holds...the two groups  have had   some nasty battles  and so far  the down falls  have had the  advantage
and  now  have  recently  added  a new ally for their cause..the recently released  pigeon..they plans were not only driving  the silk girls  out   but to also push out  the d.oa. area.and even   to move into tramp areas.

bluebird  has taken  the hotmobile   driving  through the cliqueville area  of town..beginning her  and lexi's  planed   more presence in the area

she  turns  onto  fishnet street..the beginnings  of    silk stockings  territories...and  circles  around  to  sheer street.  and drives past  the silk estates

it had  been months  since her or lexi  had been in the area..things looked calm  despite  some of the recent reports  to the cvpd.

She  takes hooker  avenue,   driving over  beat me up mound  making the right turn onto fishnet street..the  main street of the area.

The    sidewalks  looked  clean better than she  expected., some businesses were open,  She  recognized  some of the sirls  walking along the sidewalk

there was no mistaken a silk,,, a couple   of which her and lexi  has had run ins with  with through the years,

The  silk girls, never really a big danger in to penny  annie crimes, never  anything  big, none  that  her and lexi  or the cvpd  could prove, but it is generally known they are  one of  the more popular, and powerful of  all the teams...they had even branched out  with silk teams in other  towns.

She parks the hotmobile  and  decides  to walk around  for  a better look,and to talk  and see  what if  anything she  could find out  about the disturbances

IIt, was a pleasant walk, most of the shops were open,  she walkd to   the  sock puppet lounge,stoping reading the  marquee..."ALL,THE FUN YOUR MIND  CAN IMAGINE"..  yeah i bet  she thought and continued on.

She was having much success in talking with the shop owners, it was clear  the silk girls had a tight hold, she  did learn that heidi the queen herself, had relinquished  some control,and was living  and some other european country.

She continued her walking tour, and noticed  a couple of silk girls  approching..she recognized them...well if any trouble started  she was certain that she could handle it..

IT WAS  RUN BY  TWO  EX STUDENTS FROM THE DOWNFALLS SCHOOL,AND THEY HAD ASSEMBLED..QUIET AN ORGANIZATION, AND PART OF THE REASON FOR  THE NEW TENSIONS  BETWEEN DOWNFALLS,,AND  SILKVILLE...
