I wish to clear up a potential misunderstanding here, their law works just fine. The factor to be taken into consideration here: is it a product for domestic or international consumption? That is to say, erotic movies featuring Japanese actors are always blurred in the domestic version, but aren't blurred in the more forgiving Chinese or Korean market, hence why Team Wizard (themselves a heavy pursuers of pirate copies of their work for removal) from Korea can contract Japanese AV actors, and some foreign companies also create videos in Japan.

Thanks for the thread. I enjoyed Rockets ? 1-8 Kat Fights plus some of the other associated fights. I was hung up on the crotch blur. Completely agree Wiseguy - I don't understand why they can't let the fights stand on their own merits without tagging on various unpleasant scenarios at the end. I always skip straight past this stuff because, as you say, it's vile.
